How many logs are in a bag?
Obviously, this depends on the size of your order so it's hard to say exactly how many logs you will receive in any one delivery. Being a local company you can be sure that we offer good value and we are always fair with our customers ensuring that they are never under-delivered in terms of quantity.
Can I order a specific size of logs?
We appreciate that some customers have very small wood burners that will not accept large logs. As we cut all of our own logs and process the timber we are more than happy to cut them to a specific size should you need.
How will you deliver my logs?
We will deliver your logs with our own vehicle as we do not outsource delivery to a courier company, as a local supplier we like to get to know our repeat customers so if you would like them dropped in a specific place please let us know when you place your order.
Do you do orders for businesses?
Yes, we supply many businesses and are VAT registered, we are more than happy to provide you with a VAT receipt. If you have specific requirements for your logs please either email or give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer a refund on the bag?
As we run a sustainable business we are very happy to refund your bag deposit, once you are finished with the bag we can collect it the next time we deliver your order and the bag will be re-used to deliver other customer’s logs.
Do you deliver in the summer?
Yes, we often deliver logs for our customers who use them for outdoor fire pits, Pizza ovens and are happy to deliver throughout the summer months. Logs can be cut to either 8, 10,12, or 14 inches.
